The Portuguese National Agency Erasmus+ for Education and Training is coordinating and working together with Portuguese universities and polytechnics to create the mechanisms that will allow Ukrainian students to start their study cycles and complete their degrees in Portugal, as well as teachers and researchers so that they continue their work here. Nexus3.0 is a non-profit organization that is focused on supporting victims of conflict. Nexus has a scholarship programme to help students victims of conflict to go back to study. Please find more information on their website.

The Rapid Response Mechanism for Higher Education in Emergencies (RRM) is also available. This platform aims to offer academic opportunities for students from conflict-affected societies, in forced mobility or at risk.
